Favourites
Resin kits, production stopped when their creator, Fons Custers, died. The first kits Fons Custers made were sold under the name 'KEFO', the name comes from Kees and Fons, where Fons was ofcourse Fons Custers. Fons cooperated with a certain Kees (last name currently unknown) in 1989 for just a short while only, their cooperation probably didn't even last a year. One model was released at the time, a Volvo 265 Estate. Another model, a Volvo 260 ambulance was planned but not released as a KEFO model. The model did appear later though, it was released by Fons Custers himself just like the Volvo 480ES and 480ES Convertible. None of these three clear-resin models was released under the Focus brand, models sold under the Focus name only started to appear a few years later.

Although Focus is considered to have been a one man company, there were actually a lot of people helping out. The team that created the Focus / Al's Favourites / Greg's Garage models consisted of:

The kits were made by Heinz-Gerhard Haubrich, Fons Custers and Jan Scholten.
The Focus catalogue of 1996 had three different series of models:

| Al's Favourites (over 120 models) | American passenger- and sportscars, trucks and buses. Prototypes from 1930 upto 1996. |
| Greg's Garage (approx. 40 models) | American passenger- and sportscars, trucks and buses. Prototypes from 1930 upto 1950. These models were manufactured under license. |
All moulds were taken over by Brekelmans modelbouw, they started rereleasing the whole series of models under the 'Focus Modell Parts' name which turned out to be a mistake. Since 2001, Brekelmans has started again, now just rereleasing the Dutch models from the Focus series.
